Govt. Law Officers
The appointment, conditions of service, duties, rights and liabilities of Government Law Officers other than Advocate General and Additional Advocate Generals and the procedure for the conduct of Government cases shall be governed by the Government Law Officers (Appointment and Conditions of Service) and Conduct of Cases rules, 1978. Rules regulating the conditions of service, duties, remuneration etc. of the Advocate General and Additional Advocate Generals of Kerala has been issued as per Notification No.LD(A)/-3006/56/Law dated 01-11-1956.
